Corinthians 5:17 KJV

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

-"Old things passed away" means letting go of habits and thoughts that hold you back so you can live better. This change can be small, like choosing kindness over anger, or big, like changing a lifestyle that does not fit your values.
